Returns & Exchanges

At Pickleball Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your paddle or apparel isn't perfect, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
